区块链门户网站BTC123获得千万A轮投资

区块链门户网站BTC123于12月28日对外宣布获得千万A轮投资，其中光照资本领投500万元。本轮估值1亿元人民币。

据悉，本次融资由光照资本投资，光照资本并不参与BTC123日常管理。BTC123由投资人控股变为BTC123团队控股，原始股东郭宏才先生及相关人员将不再对BTC123控股。

It is understood that the financing by Beamvc which does not participate in BTC123 any management.BTC123 controlled by investors into BTC123 group holdings, Chandler Guo original shareholders and related personnel will no longer have BTC123 holdings.

“后期BTC123会考虑让更多的用户参与到网站乃至整个行业的生态建设当中”张淞皓对记者最后说道。

光照资本作为领投方在本轮投资中出资500万元。官方介绍，光照资本成立于2014年5月,在香港、深圳和西安分别设有办公室。基金第一期投资国内外共18家科技企业，数家被投企业已占据行业龙头。光照第二期专注于大数据科技、人工智能、区块链智能合约方向，基金合伙人团队由科技行业先锋和资本市场资深从业人员组成，专业专注在垂直领域的生态建设。

谈起这次投资BTC123的原因，光照资本合伙人Alex Yang说：光照一直在关注区块链板块和比特币社区，BTC123作为区块链的信息和流量入口，是投资的不二选择。目前国内外区块链板块的关注度已经蔚然成风，我们希望能够尽早布局。

同时，Alex还向记者介绍，除了投资BTC123，光照资本还与南科大大数据创新中心旗下的区块链研究所达成合作，该研究所由中国比特币等业界代表发起，光照资本希望与业界精英联手吸引人才，培养土壤，在区块链领域进行深耕。
